Conductive Rubber

Conductive rubber, also known as conductive elastomer, is made from (silicone) rubber with fillers such as pure silver, silver-coated copper, aluminum, nickel, glass, or graphite. It offers ideal shielding and can also be used for environmental sealing. Conductive rubber can be processed by molding or extrusion: molded rubber can be made into various thicknesses, shapes, and die-cut gaskets, while extruded rubber can be produced in standard cross-sections like rectangles, circles, 'D', 'U', 'P' shapes, and custom profiles.

    product Application

Conductive rubber products have proven to be widely used in military electronics such as aviation, aerospace, and naval applications. They can replace traditional sealing rubber to provide both environmental and electromagnetic sealing. Particularly suitable for:

    ● Medium and small military electronic enclosures and microwave waveguide systems.

    ● Aerospace, aviation, naval shelters, and military electronic equipment.

    ● Electronic products (e.g., computer enclosures, mobile phones), telecommunications, high-frequency control devices, etc.

    ● Electronics in harsh environments such as power and rail industries.
