Air Loop Gasket

Different from traditional conductive foam gaskets, Air Loop conductive foam gaskets are typically formed from bare fabric, without an internal foam structure. The interior is hollow, creating a D-shape that allows for circuit connection. This design offers superior performance while reducing both weight and thickness.

Product Structure

Part A refers to the PET pull tab for customer use, which consists of 0.15mm PET and adhesive layers with varying strength.

Part B refers to the main body of the product, primarily composed of PS1373 conductive fabric (bare fabric), TT219 conductive adhesive, and MYLAR tape.

Part C refers to the suction tube, which prevents product deformation and facilitates easy pressing by the user.
