Advantages

Due to the special open-cell structure of the SMT Gasket, it does not exhibit noticeable distortion or tilting when compressed, thereby solving issues such as poor contact, uneven force distribution, and cracks in the conductive shielding layer.

The silicone strip, treated for surface adhesion, easily bonds with the conductive surface layer; the special open-cell design ensures even force distribution during molding, resulting in better encapsulation and greater bonding strength.

This design reduces the technical requirements for the conductive layer and silicone strip, thereby lowering production costs.
