The foam in this all-direction conductive sponge is made up of a polyurethane composite material that is extremely good at electromagnetic shielding. The foaming pore size is uniform, soft, elastic, and highly conductive. The conductive metal is also electroplated on the base of the sponge. The all-direction conductive sponge is widely used for EMI / EMC shielding in the gaps of an automobile chassis for example or in electronic products such as computers, televisions, or mobile phones. In this way, the electromagnetic shielding sponge controls the conductivity and achieves the ideal electromagnetic shielding effect. It is especially suitable for products with limited internal space or capacity and products that are low cost. It is most popular where high-performance electromagnetic shielding is required. For example in electronic chassis, chassis, indoor chassis, industrial equipment, notebook computers, mobile communication equipment, etc where it's the ease of surface adhesion and it's shielding characteristics are best observed. Properties and customisation: Conductive sponge is not affected by temperature and humidity. The surface resistance value can be customized according to the actual use. Density can be customized.
