VC soaking plate, full name is Vapor-Chamber soaking plate. VC soaking plate is a new type of high-efficiency thermal conductive material that uses the phase change of the working medium to quickly transfer heat.
The rapid phase change has great heat transfer efficiency, and it has become a trend to use VC soaking plates to solve the heat dissipation problem. The ultra-thin VC soaking plate can be easily applied to ultra-thin environments. It is attached to the heating unit with thermal grease to disperse the heat evenly and then transfer it to the backplane or other heat dissipation areas, thereby reducing the working temperature of the core areas.
The thickness of the VC soaking plate varies depending on the application. The common soaking plate thickness for computer radiators is 3.5~4.2mm, while the thickness of the soaking plate used for ultra-thin electronic devices such as mobile phones is only about 0.3mm.
